For Essentials and Advanced packages, you can run your own accounts through our software directly from your client portal.

For Premium, your files / documents can be submitted electronically, either through our simple Secure Customer Area, or alternatively through a dedicated email address. We’ll provide details of how to access these when we create your account.

MalgraBooks Essentials: You can log items directly into your personal dedicated spreadsheet.

MalgraBooks Advanced: You can log items directly into your personal dedicated spreadsheet. Our team will also prepare your final annual accounts at the end of the year, and will submit your annual Self Assessment Return on your behalf.

MalgraBooks Premium: Our team will provide you with a personalised monthly form to log your income and expenses. For your PFS Document, you simply need to send us your Monthly summary.

Each month, you’ll receive an email asking for you to provide your information to our team – once uploaded, the file will be available in your cloud storage area within 48 hours, and the details provided to our teams to run your financial accounts.

Our team will also prepare your final annual accounts, and will submit your annual Self Assessment Return on your behalf.

Our main packages are priced on annual payments, however monthly instalment payments can be setup for the current financial year.

These payments can be split across 6 months – details are provided on the individual packages pages.

Our packages run to the HMRC Financial Year, from 6 April – 5 April the following year.

If you start or end your consultant role mid year, we can pro-rata our Advanced and Premium packages you, subject to a minimum 4 month period.

Simply contact us and we’ll be happy to quote you accordingly.

Prices include VAT at the relevant standard rate.

Payments are processed by PayPal, Stripe Card Payments

We’ve run a separate service, Malgra Plus, for the past few years, and this provides the systems and tools to create and run your own business accounts.

However changes to HMRC’s reporting process and the introduction of Making Tax Digital (MTD) requires submission of quarterly returns to HMRC. Our current Malgra Plus service doesn’t have this functionality.

Our MalgraBooks service does. And so we’ll be moving Malgra Plus over to MalgraBooks in the coming months. Members will have the option to keep on the current Essentials plan, or move to one of our other packages.
