Since 2016, we’ve used our current Client Portal to connect with our clients and provide details of their accounts, and to allow them to interact with our services and team.
Throughout May and June, we’ve been trialing a new portal which has been developed to provide a more personal and simpler interaction with your account and our team. Following the successful trial, we’re ready to launch our new Client Portal to new and existing clients.
New clients will automatically be setup on the new portal from now, with all existing clients migrated to the new system by the end of August 2018.
Our new portal has been designed especially for Slimming World consultants, and is built on a ‘modular’ interface. Following feedback and restrictions on our current dashboard, we’ve built our new system to work on iPads, Android Tablets and one of our most-requested formats, your XPW tablet! You can even check your details on your mobile device, and access your files on the go.
Electronic Documents – and signing
We’re moving all of our documents online throughout summer, including our Welcome Pack and Engagement Letters for new clients. For packages which currently offer paper documents and welcome packs, we’ll be continuing to provide these until renewal.
Track what’s due
You can keep track of the information you’ve submitted to MalgraBooks as well as a new online submission tool for documents and spreadsheets. The system will also prompt for information when we need it, such as your ID or details for HMRC.
New setup each year
The portal automatically creates a duplicate section for each financial year – and is available for 6 months’ after your package ends, to allow you to download your information or pass to other services.
