Looking for an easy and simple way to manage your accounts? Our Advanced Accounts Package allows you to keep a log of your business expenses and income each month using our advanced spreadsheet system, with additional guidance along the way through monthly reports and checks of your progress to date.

Our team will also provide final SA100 Tax Return figures for you, and is you have any queries, our priority support by email will keep you in the know.

You can spread the cost with monthly payments, or alternatively can pay a one-off annual fee – which comes with a bonus voucher for the Malgra Online Store.

To run your business accounts, you’ll need to provide details of your income and expenses to MalgraBooks. This can be done in a number of ways, depending on the package you choose.

All customers can submit their details electronically, either through our simple Secure Customer Area, or alternatively through a dedicated email address. We’ll provide details of how to access these when we create your account.

Our team will provide you with a personalised monthly spreadsheet to log your income and expenses.

Each month, you’ll receive an email asking for you to provide your information to our team – once uploaded, the file will be available in your cloud storage area within 48 hours, and the details provided to our teams to run your financial accounts.

On our Premium Package, you can view your annual income / expenses using the spreadsheet provided, and we’ll also provide a monthly report detailing your business progress.

Our team will also prepare your final annual accounts, and will submit your annual Self Assessment Return on your behalf.

Our friendly, UK Based Teams are here to help – you can contact them through your customer portal at any time, and they’ll get back to you usually within 1 business day as part of our priority service.

With all of our packages, our team will provide final SA100 Tax Return figures for you. On our premium package, submission of your tax return is also included as part of the package.

You can additionally add submission of your SA100 Tax Return to our Advanced packages, for an additional fee (currently £29.99). This is payable after your account has been accepted, and made active.
