We're ready for MTD!
For our MalgraBooks Advanced package, you’ll be provided with a digital cloud spreadsheet to input your income and expenses on a monthly basis.
Specifically, the spreadsheet allows for monthly data entry of your Plan For Success (PFS) Document, any expenses incurred during the month, any mileage and additional income such as shop sales or inter-consultant income.
The spreadsheet then provides a monthly and quarterly report.
Yes – on our Advanced Package, you can provide information of additional self employment (we’ll provide a different but still easy to use document) to register your income and expenses for this additional role.
For employment, we’ll need a copy of your P45 / P60 at the end of the financial year – this is for when we prepare and submit your tax return on your behalf.
We’ve made our spreadsheets even easier to use, based on feedback from our customers.
We’ll also be running regular webinars to help you complete your document – and also have numerous articles explaining how to use the system.
When you join MalgraBooks, you’ll receive a copy of our help guide in the post – it’s a step by step instruction manual to help you get up and going fast!
We’ve invested in our systems over the past few years to provide more features than ever before – and we’re ready for MTD.
At the end of the quarter, you’ll be prompted to check your final figures before they’re submitted electronically to HMRC to comply with the MTD service.
As part of our advanced package, we’ll prepare your final SA302 Tax Summary and Calculation document showing the total amount of income and expenses for the year.
Once approved by the client, we’ll then prepare the SA100 Tax Return – and once confirmed, we’ll submit electronically to HMRC on your behalf.
