Once again, as the festive period approaches, our teams will be taking a well-earned rest, and our sales and support teams will be away from the office.
After a busy year, we’re extending our closure period this year to allow our colleagues additional time with their families and friends.

Extended Response Times
Due to our closure period detailed below, on our return to the office we’ll be answering queries in order of priority based on the package you have.
As such, we’ll first respond to any queries from our Premium, VAT Service or Small Business members first, and then in turn respond to queries from Advanced and then Essentials packages. Any sales queries, or messages from other individuals will be responded in turn after these.
You can view our usual standard response times on our dedicated page, therefore ‘day 1’ will be the first day when we return to the office.
Closure Dates
Our office will close at 3pm on Monday 23 December 2024 and reopen on Friday 3 January 2025.
Very limited support will be available on 30 December 2024 for any VAT and Premium queries which need urgent assistance.
VAT Members
If your VAT period ends on 30 November, our team will be in touch to arrange specific arrangements to ensure your return is submitted by 7 January 2025.
Premium Members
Typically reports are due to be provided to members by 25th of the month – those for the month of November will be available by 20 December for any documents received by 15th December.
If you have a 23/24 package which is due to be submitted to HMRC by 31 January, the deadline to provide all information to our team remains as 1 December 2024. Any documents received late after this date are not guaranteed to be prepared and submitted to HMRC by the relevant deadline. Please contact your account manager for assistance, or our main helpdesk.
Advanced and Essentials Members
If you order a cloud spreadsheet during the closure period, these will be activated by Microsoft on the first day we return to the office.
The latest date/time to request a cloud spreadsheet to be activated before Christmas is Friday 20 December 2024.
