The 21/22 deadline has now passed, and we’re already in full swing supporting 22/23 – and ready to launch our new packages for 23/24 in March.
As with every year, we take a moment in February to make some updates to the back-end systems which support our websites, provide some updates to key documents and prepare for the new year ahead.
On 17 February 2023, several parts of our website may be unavailable for short periods of time while we make these updates. If you visit a section and it’s unavailable, our team will be working behind the scenes to update your experience.
We apologise for any inconvenience – this maintenance is essential and we’ll try to minimise downtime where possible.
Below is a currently list of the key changes we’re planning – including removing some features, and the introduction of some new ones too.
Removing (or moving) some items..
As we’re currently in the 22/23 financial year, we’ll be removing a range of items from the dashboard, including:
- Covid-19 articles (as these were related to 20/21 and 21/22)
- SEISS Grants section (records of amounts entered will move to the ‘Your Records’ section for archive purchases only)
- Virtual Group Calculators (We’re not aware of any virtual groups during 22/23 – but happy to be corrected!)
- 21/22 Cloud Accounting Spreadsheet instructional articles (as these as now out of these)
Updates to articles and tools
- Articles with examples will be updated for current figures and values, including new allowances.
- ‘Toggles’ to move between 22/23 and 23/24 options (e.g. show different values depending on the year you’re looking for)
New
- New reporting tools for 22/23 spreadsheets – and enhanced reporting for 23/24
- Launch of 23/24 packages in March
- Improvements to logging into your account (including 2FA)
- Minor redesign of dashboard based on new MalgraBooks branding and style
- Much more..
