First month free – Terms and conditions

  1. Promoter. This offer is run by Malgra Limited, trading as MalgraBooks (company number 08380200), Swan Buildings, Swan Street, Manchester, M4 5JW.
  2. The offer. Use code NOV26FREE at checkout to get the first month of an eligible monthly subscription free.
  3. Offer period. The code can be used from 1 November 2026 until 00:01 (UK time) on 1 December 2026. It must be applied at checkout before then.
  4. Eligible packages. The offer applies to monthly subscriptions to our Essentials packages, Premium, Small Business and VAT Service.
  5. Exclusions. The offer doesn’t apply to packages paid annually or to add-ons. Any add-ons chosen at sign-up are charged at their normal price.
  6. New subscriptions only. The code is for new subscriptions only and can’t be applied to an existing subscription. It can be used once per customer.
  7. After the free month. Your subscription continues at the standard monthly price for your package, charged from your second month onwards. You can cancel at any time before then and you won’t be charged. Prices include VAT at the standard rate.
  8. Other offers. The code can’t be combined with any other discount or offer, has no cash value, and can’t be exchanged or transferred.
  9. Changes to the offer. We may withdraw or change this offer at any time. This won’t affect anyone who has already signed up using the code.
  10. Misuse. We may remove the discount if the code is used outside these terms, for example on more than one account by the same person.
  11. Other terms. Our standard terms and conditions also apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
