I have used MalgraBooks for a few years, but oh my word since Pulse has been launched, it is so quick and easy to keep on top of all our accounts, and the tag line ‘tax doesn’t have to be taxing’ is definitely the case when using MalgraBooks.

Great platform, great service. If you dont already use it, make that decision to. So easy to use and wouldn’t use anything else.

Honestly – it couldn’t be easier – I run 4 groups a week – and I spend 1/2 hour doing my accounts each week – Pulse does the rest!

Pulse is so simple, MTD returns submitted in seconds. There is always helpful support available, the app is great, and its worth every penny!

I was really pleased how simple and easy it was to input all the data and submit my first MTD. It is also going to help me keep right up to date with my accounts and no last minute end of year panic.

The direct input from the Franchise documents straight into MalgraBooks is genius, especially with regard to sundries on relief groups. Thank you.

The only downside is my own fault for fear of change & not using MalgraBooks earlier. I cant believe its so easy & quick to keep up to date your accounts.

I love that you can use the app on your phone & it links everything on your laptop so inputting miles as you go makes things so much easier.

For someone who really doesn’t like having to do accounts – since using MalgraBooks I have always found the team to be helpful and supportive in answering my many numpty questions 🫣 when MTD was announced my anxiety and stress went into overdrive – I needn’t have worried MalgraBooks had it covered – the Pulse app is so easy to use and I now do my accounts weekly and am totally on top of things – submitting the first quarter was so easy too!

I just need to make time to finish last year’s now and I really will feel on top of things 😊

I can’t believe how simple it is! I’ve used MalgraBooks for around 8 years now, for every tax return as a consultant in fact, and it just gets better and better! I can’t recommend it enough!

There’s always someone on hand to help any queries, and a huge knowledge base too, to access when needed and explain things perfectly, but honestly it’s that easy it’s rarely needed! Love it!

I have recently moved to MalgraBooks from another online provider and wow what a difference!

The team respond rapidly to all enquiries… a real person (not a chat bot! 🎉) who understands how Slimming World works!

The system is easy to use, with clear help videos if needed.

I have submitted my MTD within minutes today and received a text to inform me that it had been submitted successfully – my VAT return is next and I am sure it will be just as simple.

This is easy to use as a new consultant and there’s pages and videos of you get stuck. It would be better if the sundries was sorted easier for when they not between 0 and 5 though but other than that it was all good. I was late to this years as didn’t start till December but I got a discount to April so all good and it gives me a heads up ready for next year what I have to do etc
