Quote, invoice, get paid.

Send a quote, turn it into an invoice, take payment by card and watch it land in your accounts. All from the same place your figures already live, so nothing has to be typed twice.

What you can do

Quotes

Send a priced quote before you start a job, mark it accepted when the customer says yes, then turn it into an invoice in one click with every line carried across. Quotes have their own numbering, and Pulse flags the ones still waiting or expired. Nothing touches your income or tax figures until the invoice is paid.

Recurring invoices

Invoice the same customer on a schedule and Pulse creates each invoice for you, either emailed automatically or saved as a draft for you to check first. Weekly through to yearly, with payment due on receipt or in 7, 14 or 30 days. Pause, skip, run early or stop whenever you like.

Pay online

Add your own Stripe, SumUp or PayPal.Me link in Invoice Settings and a Pay online button appears on your invoice PDFs and your invoice emails, showing exactly what is outstanding. Your customer pays by card there and then, and the money goes straight to your own account. It never passes through MalgraBooks.

Part payments

Record a payment in full or in part and Pulse tracks what is still owed, so a customer paying half now and half later does not need a spreadsheet of its own.

Find any invoice

Search, sort and filter by date, contact or status, with quick presets for this month, last month and the current financial year. A Due Date column shows anything overdue in red.

Straight into your accounts

Recording a payment writes it into your income ledger with the VAT split correctly and CIS handled, and an undo if you get it wrong. Your tax figures stay right without you doing anything else.

Who it is for

Invoicing is included with every Small Business package, and with the Other Self Employment add-on if you are a Slimming World consultant with a second trade alongside your groups.
