What does HMRC recognised mean?
Before software can appear on HMRC’s list of Making Tax Digital products, HMRC tests it. They check that it can keep and send the information they need, that it connects to their systems securely, and that every submission carries the security details HMRC asks for.
Pulse has been through that process and is now listed by HMRC as recognised software for Making Tax Digital for Income Tax.
For you, that means the system you already use for your accounts is the same one that talks to HMRC. Your records, your quarterly updates and your tax return all live in one place.
