Our subscription makes things easier – one monthly payment on a pay as you go basis, get access to all features of Pulse straight away!
And if you need to extend your package back over previous months, you can easily add additional periods within your account.
And our package add-ons are still available as normal. Enhance your package with extra modules such as Tax Return Submission or our Making Tax Digital (MTD) Service.

When you start a monthly subscription, you get access to input your records from that month onwards.
Example: If you subscribe in August 2026, you can input your income, expenses, and mileage for August 2026 and every month after that (as long as your subscription stays active).
Key information
- Your subscription renews automatically on the 1st of the following month*
- You’ll receive an email 3 days before the next payment is due
- Our system will send a receipt by email after each payment
- You can manage your subscription at any time within your member dashboard
* Note: If you subscribe in the last few days before a month ends, the change to the 1st of the following month may take a few additional days to move over. Our system will email you to let you know of any date change.
If you join part-way through the financial year, you might need to add records for earlier months too.
Example: You subscribe in August 2026, but you’ve been a consultant since April 2026. You’ll want to record your income and expenses from April onwards.
You can choose to pay for the earlier months at the current monthly price for each required period to unlock them.
The backfill is a one-time payment that unlocks all the months from April up to when you subscribed.
Previous years are available as a separate one-time purchase. This gives you full access to input and manage records for that entire year.
You can still purchase a range of add-ons for each financial year, these are charged at their standard rates.
Yes. If you’re on a monthly subscription and want to switch to annual, you can make this change within your dashboard. The system will then charge for the remaining period at the monthly rate.
Yes, you can cancel anytime.
You’ll still be able to enter data for the relevant paid months, when your subscription was active for.
If you re-join later, you’ll need to subscribe again from that point, but have the option to purchase any missing months since your last subscription payment.
We’ll retry the payment automatically and send you an email to let you know. Your access will continue as normal, and our payments system will continue to retry to take your subscription payment.
If the payment can’t be collected after a few attempts, your subscription will be paused until payment is made.
