Note: Please refer to our usual standard response times to queries which will be in affect during the ‘open’ periods listed below. For example, raising a query on 27 December for a Premium service, you should expect a response within 24 hours. For Essentials/Advanced, you should expect a response within 2 working days (by 29 December).
