We’ve been busy behind the scenes and we’re pleased to finalise a number of new updates and features to the Pulse system today.

New features include:

  • Editing Records – You can now edit all records by clicking the relevant ‘edit’ button next to the row you need to change. This allows quicker fixes for any mistakes or omissions (learn how)
  • Group Day/Time Selection – We’ve now added the ability to also add the date and time of your relevant permanent groups to make it easier to identify if you have several in the same location but classed as different franchised groups (i.e not a ‘double’ or ‘triple’ session but a fully separate group number / name.
  • Group Profitability Report – This allows you to view a breakdown of how your permanent groups are operating, based on PFS Document information provided in the system
    • To view this report, head to ‘Financial Reports’ and then choose the ‘Group Profitability’ option
  • VAT Return Breakdown – To comply with VAT Notice 700/21 for VAT registered consultants, the new VAT Return Breakdown report shows how each item added to the system over a relevant period have been calculated again boxes 1, 6 and 8 for Sales and 4, 7 and 9 for purchases.
    • To view this report, head to ‘Financial Reports’ and choose ‘VAT Return Breakdown’. This report is only for VAT Registered consultants
  • Quick Error Check – Our new error checking tool is now live, although still in a ‘test’ stage as we adapt and develop this further. The system will try and search your transactions for any errors or problems the system may have identified.
    • To view this report, head to ‘Financial Reports’ and choose ‘Quick Error Check’
  • Mobile App Updates – we’ve made some minor changes following feedback from our test group.
