The government has confirmed that the 2025 Autumn Budget will be delivered on Wednesday 26 November 2025, with the OBR publishing updated forecasts at the same time.
Devolved nations have advised that their budgets will be held on the following dates:
- Scotland: 13 January 2026
- Wales: 20 January 2026
In the lead-up to 2025 budget, the Treasury and devolved governments will be refining their spending plans, tax proposals, and sector priorities. The Autumn Budget is expected to set the tone for the government’s fiscal direction through 2026, with a strong focus on balancing investment and restraint.
We will of course provide a full update following the 2025/26 cycle, with detailed implications for self-employed individuals and small businesses.
