As you may have seen, our new accounting system Pulse is now active and ready to start being used as our new accounts software.
All new 2025/26 packages are now on Pulse as standard. From 2026/27, all packages will run on Pulse. You can view full information here.
If you’ve already started on 2025/26 using our cloud spreadsheets (on any package), we’ll be shortly offering the chance to migrate to Pulse. This will be available as follows.
Essentials packages
We expect that Essentials packages will be able to migrate to Pulse in early-mid November. You’ll receive an email once you’re eligible to start.
Advanced Packages
You’ll be able to request migration from 3 November 2025.
Premium Packages
You’ll be able to request migration from 27 October 2025.
Premium members have an enhanced Pulse system along with all features and services included. You’ll also be able to use our Mobile App as part of your package pricing.
VAT Packages
You’ll start on Pulse from the beginning of your next financial quarter.
