As Easter approaches, we want to make sure all our members are informed about our upcoming office closure period.
Closure Dates: Our offices will be closed from Friday 18 April to Monday 21 April, inclusive.
Teams will finish at 3:00pm on Thursday 17 April and we’ll reopen at 9:00am on Tuesday 22 April.
During this time, our support services will be paused. When we return, we’ll respond to queries in line with package SLAs and prioritise accordingly.
New Package Orders – Cut-Off Date:
If you’re planning to order a new package ahead of Easter, please ensure it’s placed by 12:00 noon on Thursday 17 April.
Orders received after this time will be processed when we return.
