If you sell Slimming World books in your groups, you can now connect your Zettle or Square account and import all your sales data directly into Pulse with just a few clicks. No more manual entry, no more paper forms – just accurate, automated record-keeping.
What’s New?
🔵 Zettle Integration
Connect your Zettle account and import your book sales automatically. Pulse identifies book sales from your Zettle transactions, groups them by date, and lets you assign them to the correct group before importing.
⬛ Square Integration
Use Square for your shop sales? We’ve got you covered too! Connect your Square account and import sales data the same way. Pulse automatically fetches your product catalog to show you the exact transactions making it easy to identify which sales to import.
How It Works
1. Connect Your Account (One-Time Setup)
Visit your Pulse settings screen and enter your Zettle or Square credentials. We’ll securely store these to access your sales data whenever you need it.
2. Select Your Month
Choose which month you want to import—Pulse will retrieve all completed sales from that period.
3. Review & Import
See all your book sales grouped by date. Pulse automatically:
- Identifies book products (anything with “book” in the name or SKU)
- Groups multiple books sold on the same day together
- Detects duplicate imports so you never double-count sales
- Shows non-book sales separately (for reference only) – these are not imported
4. Assign Groups & Complete
Select which Slimming World group each day’s sales belong to, click Import, and you’re done!
All your shop sales are now in your Pulse ledger, ready for reporting and tax calculations.
