Later this year, we’ll be launching our brand-new accounting system — a platform designed from the ground up to support Slimming World Consultants, embrace the future of Making Tax Digital, and give you more flexibility than ever before.
For over 10 years, our cloud spreadsheets have been a trusted foundation, helping thousands of consultants manage their business with ease. But the future is here — and our new system takes things to the next level, combining simplicity, innovation, and compliance in one powerful solution.
What’s New?
Our upcoming system has been built with consultants in mind, and early testers have already told us how much easier and clearer it is to use.
Key features include:
- Access anywhere — use the system on your computer or tablet.
- Upload your PFS — let the system extract the figures for you.
- Attach receipts — keep a digital record of all your expenses.
- Smarter reporting — including Making Tax Digital and full Tax Return submission tools.
- Modular flexibility — add the features you need, when you need them, with our new modular packages.
And that’s just the beginning — we’ll be continuing to roll out new tools and improvements as part of this modern, modular platform.

Packages
With this launch, we’re evolving how memberships work to give you maximum choice:
- Essentials Core — your simple starting point with everything you need to manage day-to-day accounts.
- Advanced → now modular — instead of a fixed Advanced package, you’ll be able to build your own system with our flexible modules. This means you only pay for the items you need (such as Making Tax Digital services, additional self employment, landlord packages, and much more) when you need them.
- Premium, VAT & Small Business — an enhanced version with extended functionality, all modules included, and dedicated priority support.

What Happens Next?
- Our Cloud Spreadsheets will remain available throughout 2025/26, along with historical records.
- A migration service will help you switch over at the right time for your business for 2025/26.
- Once fully live, new packages will automatically be ready once you add them to your account
- New members joining 2025/26 later this year will move straight to the new system.
