We’re constantly aiming to improve the products and services we provide. Later this year, we’ll be transitioning from our cloud spreadsheets to a new accounting system, built from the ground up to support Slimming World Consultants.
Our cloud spreadsheets have provided a solid foundation over the past 10 years – however our new system is designed to be clearer and easier to use than ever before. We’ve been testing the new system with a small group of consultants over the summer period, and continue to enhance and develop the system further.
You can view some of the new features in the support articles here, but key new elements include:
- Ability to use the system through a tablet device
- Upload your monthly PFS Document, and the system will extract the relevant figures
- Attach receipts to your expenses, so you have a record of your outgoings
- Better reporting structure, including Making Tax Digital and Tax Return Submission functions
- And much more
Cloud Spreadsheets will continue as normal through 2025/26, and they will be available to view, along with any historical documents once our new system is live. If you wish to ‘swop’ to the new system during 2025/26, a migration service will be available.
The system is designed for use by Essentials and Advanced members.
For Premium, VAT and Small Business members, an enhanced version will be available for you, along with continued dedicated support from our team.
