Each year we review our pricing and service packages to ensure we offer great value for money but also ensure the sustainability of our services. We understand that any change in pricing can raise questions, and we want to be as transparent as possible about our reasons for this change.
Following our annual review, we have decided to implement a pricing increase of approximately 7% on average from 1 January 2024. This adjustment reflects our ongoing efforts to enhance the value we provide to you and maintain the high standards you expect from us. This is below the current UK RPI of 9%.
This affects all services, including Advanced and Premium which will increase for the first time for several years.

The additional revenue generated goes towards our overheads and costs – allowing us to continue to invest in our services and team to provide you with improvements in technology, security and customer support.
