We’re making changes to two of our legal notices, and we’re providing details of these on the email below as required as part of our terms of service. These changes are due to new services being provided through our VAT Service for consultants and a new subprocessor.

Terms of Service change
We have removed reference to daily rate basis (Section 27) and instead replaced with ‘fixed price’ as we now charge for our Consultant VAT Services on a annual/monthly basis.
We have added a new timeframe for resolution of complaints (Section 80) whereby our team will aim to resolve any complaints within 5 working days.
Subprocessor changes
Following the announcement that our current newsletter provider is ceasing their operations to the UK market, we have re-engaged with Brevo for email services.
